The Service offers paid membership tiers (Starter, Distinguished, and VIP). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable fees on a recurring annual basis until you cancel. VIP membership is by invitation only and may be subject to additional terms.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed annually in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. To request a refund within this period, contact us at hello@fungentleman.com. Refunds after the 14-day period are at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current tier's content until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
All content on the Site, including courses, articles, guides, and media, is owned by Fun Gentleman or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access content within your membership tier. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share membership content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fun Gentleman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
